Treatments and Services
We are just a telephone call away.

You may come to see us as a private patient either in Twyford or in London. Appointments in Twyford are available Monday to Thursday and we also operate a weekly clinic on Tuesday in Wimpole Street. All nursing treatments are carried out at the Twyford clinic.
-
All our consultations with the medical practitioners are made via our reception (tel: 01962 718000) on an appointment basis.
-
Each consultation with the doctor takes place individually in a private room. Please feel free to be accompanied by a relative or friend.
-
Our waiting areas provide complimentary drinks and newspapers
-
We endeavour at all times to respect the privacy and dignity of all our patients with the policies and procedures we have in place regarding Data Protection and Patient Information as well as individual facilities on each of our sites.
-
All enquirers to the Clinic receive a Welcome Pack with all the details of the Clinic and information relative to their condition.
-
Charges are per item of service. Time is allowed for that service and the actual time taken may be a little longer or a little shorter than the time allocated, depending on individual circumstances.
-
All patients are required to pay after each appointment, and for dispensed items ordered between treatments, to pay in advance. We accept cash, cheques and payment cards.
-
Please notify reception staff if you have any mobility problems offer appropriate advice as some parts of the Clinic have more restricted access.
Terms and conditions: Invoices must be settled at the time of appointment
as treatment programmes will not be started until payment has been received. Our VAT No. is 760136453. All cheques made payable to The Dove Clinic Ltd.
The Dove Clinic does not offer treatments which are funded directly by insurance companies; although some consultation and/or treatment fees may be eligible for cover under certain policies. Most insurance companies do not pay for medication though. Any agreement for reimbursement is solely a matter between the insurance company and the patient and the patient needs to be clear about what is and isn't covered before consultation or treatment. It is the patient's responsibility to meet the cost of treatment at the time of appointment and to seek reimbursement subsequently. For any documentation to support an insurance claim, please talk to our reception team.
Alternatively, you may be able to come to the Dove Clinic as a NHS patient. This depends on your GP being willing to submit a funding application to his or her Primary Care Trust, and the PCT being willing to agree to the request. Please discuss this with your GP .
